The book trailer for the original "Louise Loves Art" was a challenge, because the animation had to exactly match the art style in the book exactly. Animating in Photoshop is admittedly not my favorite technique, but it was integral that the charm of the Kelly Light's illustrations was retained in the animation.
"Louise & Andie" Book Trailer, 2016
The second book "Louise & Andie" has a motif of pop art, so the author wanted the book trailer to have more of an Andy Warhol/Saul Bass feel.
